2) Job Search System

Cold outreach means messaging someone you don't know. Most students do this by saying "Please give me a job." That doesn't work.

• The Human Way: Send a short, polite message. "Hi [Name], I'm a student at [University]. I saw your post about the new project your team is doing. I'm really interested in that field. Would you have 10 minutes to talk about how you got started?"
• People love to talk about themselves. If you are respectful and curious, they will want to help you.
