Metrics that matter (MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV)
You cannot manage what you do not measure. These are your "Vital Signs":
- Monthly/Annual Recurring Revenue. The predictable "heartbeat" of your business.
- CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost): What you spend (ads + sales) to get one customer.
- LTV (Lifetime Value): The total money a customer gives you before they leave.
- Your LTV must be at least 3x your CAC. If you spend $10 to get $30 back, you can scale infinitely.
